I am pleased to report that the state of our health is excellent and we have not suffered any personnel, shift reductions or cut backs in any form. Our market, unlike others in our industry, is primarily based on the military-aerospace and deep space markets and we have very little dependency on the commercial or industrial markets that have suffered the heaviest setbacks.

Q-Tech is a US based manufacturer of high reliability hybrid oscillator products that are manufactured at our factory in Culver City, California. Unlike most of our competitors who may have some US manufacturing operations but who primarily manufacture their products off-shore in India, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, China, New Zealand, etc. or import their products from manufacturers in these countries, every sales dollar Q-Tech receives is spent in the United States keeping our American work force fully employed.
