Hybrid Crystal Clock Oscillators

We have created these Class B+ products for the discriminate user’s applications and needs using our small form MIL QPL Class B oscillators. You, the customer, can now pick and choose the style of clock oscillator you wish, whether you want an NSC 54ACT3301 (FACT) die, a standard Class B qualified die, a swept quartz crystal or a Class B cultured quartz crystal. Q-Tech offers several different screening options to allow you to choose the screening plan that best suits your needs.

We employ an active die such as FACT 54ACT3301NSC and a proprietary 0.8µm BiCMOS technology die for LVCMOS and LVDS logics.

We offer a wide range of frequencies from 450kHz to 350MHz, of supply voltages and logics from 2.5Vdc to 5.0Vdc HCMOS, 5.0Vdc TTL, 2.5Vdc and 3.3Vdc LVDS.

We offer the B+ products in our leading miniature clock oscillator packages lining-up with QPL slash sheets QT78 (M55310/27, /28, /30), QT88 (M55310/33, /34), QT90, QT92 (M55310/37, /38), QT93 and 16-leads Flat Packs QT22 and QT28.

While we offer a range of optimizable configurations, we can also optimize your specific needs and requirements even further with a custom Q-tech MCM part number.
